Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Service Provider (Seller): Ayşe Kavcar (Kalkan Transfer), İslamlar Mah. Akbel Sk. No: 232, Kaş/Antalya, Türkiye, Tax No: 5290371611 (Kaş Tax Office), Tel: +90 534 844 76 76, E-mail: info@kalkantransfer.net.

Buyer: The person whose details are provided on the reservation form or payment page.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the passenger transport/transfer service booked by the Buyer via kalkantransfer.net or by remote means (phone, WhatsApp), in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service and Price

The scope of the service (route, date, time, vehicle type, passenger count) and the total price are the details communicated to and confirmed by the Buyer during reservation. Payment may be made online by debit/credit card, either in full or as a deposit (pre-payment); where a deposit is paid, the balance is collected on the day of service.

4. Performance

The service is performed on the date and at the time specified in the reservation, starting from the agreed meeting point. Flight delays are tracked and pick-up times adjusted accordingly.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services to be performed on a specific date. Nevertheless, the Seller undertakes: cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service time are refunded in full; for cancellations made less than 24 hours before, the deposit/pre-payment is non-refundable. Refunds are made to the original payment card within 14 days.

6. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of Antalya (Kaş) have jurisdiction.
