Data We Process

For reservations and service delivery we process your name, phone, e-mail, flight details, meeting point and route information; if you pay online, transaction data is processed via the payment institution. Your card details are never stored on our site; payments are secured by the licensed payment institution (iyzico).

Sharing

Data is shared only with parties necessary for service delivery (driver, payment institution) and with competent authorities where legally required.

Retention and Your Rights

You may send requests under Article 11 of the KVKK to info@kalkantransfer.net; requests are answered within 30 days.
